An Application
God offering Pharaoh to pick the time was yet another demonstration of His power. Pharaoh picking the next day eliminated the possibility that Moses had seen a naturalistic end and had simply come to announce it.
Connect the Dots
The frogs didn't wait a week to evacuate the Nile (EX 7:21,25) God supernaturally created them (EX 8:6). A lot of them (EX 8:14). That's why they simply died in the end (EX 8:13). / Pharaoh could wait out the 1st plague, so the 2nd came to him. God waited until the 3rd to do what the magicians couldn't imitate (EX 8:18). / Pharaoh wasn't unique in human history, God has comdemned others for their choices without instantly killing them, like in JOS 11:20 and 1SA 2:25.
